Director LaurenÅ£iu Damian explores two creators’ studios, father and son, united by the passion for pictorial forms, by the philosophical closeness to the approached subject, by the effort to develop their own plastic expression. The fact that each of them is related to their own creation, but also to the other’s, gives uniqueness to this cinematic approach. The father and the son analyze each other’s work, identify the common points, distinguish the influences, mark common and unique themes. The film isn’t a tribute to the good father, but a warm, family dialogue of ideas about the world, life and art.
